The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) has issued a five-year, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract for architect and engineering (AE) services to Tetra Tech, Inc. and its key, small business partner, Michael-Bruno, LLC.

“Inasmuch as this is a global service contract, Michael-Bruno’s major efforts in support of Tetra Tech will be in the European theater, where we have been present for three decades,” said Michael Sedge, president of the Michael-Bruno Group of Companies.

The Defense Commissary Agency, which is headquartered at Fort Lee, VA., operates a worldwide chain of commissaries providing groceries to military personnel, retirees and their families. Their 2017 revenue was $4.9 billion from stores located in 13 countries and 2 U.S. territories. DeCA employs more than 15,000 people.

“Our support to Tetra Tech will help them fulfill the 47% small business requirements of this award,” Sedge added.

Michael-Bruno, LLC, is the “mother ship” of a group of international firms located in Europe, Africa and Middle East. Their core business is architectural design, engineering and construction, with additional services in logistics and professional staffing.
