With the use of skilled design and construction techniques, this 35 square meter space was transformed into a functional, Italian café; divided into four different areas. The main space became a dining area, including porcelain floor, chrome finish and washable, mold resistant paint. This area contains land- and satellite television connections, a data networks, intrusion alarm and audio systems. There are two bathrooms, one exclusively for customers and another for employees with a dressing room attached. The floors for the bathrooms are ceramic with R10 features (anti-slip and high wear). A pantry was constructed for storage, with laminated shelves and walls to allow for easy cleaning and insurance of sanitation norms.
