The Navy Exchange Command Europe has issued an open purchase, IDIQ contract to Michael-Bruno for architect-engineering (A-E) services in the Europe District Area of Responsibility, which covers Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Romania, Poland, Bahrain, UAE and Djibouti.
According to NEXCOM, the award calls for various multi-discipline minor projects (defined as those with a cost of less than $750,000) including, but not limited to, new construction and renovation/repair of Retail and supporting facilities. A-E services shall be in accordance with the scope of individual orders, applicable references, and Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC).
Primary A-E services required: Preparation of Basis of Design documentation, drawings and specifications for issuance of building permits by site facility managers; site investigations to support new development of facilities on raw land and/or renovation of existing facilities on developed sites.

Secondary A-E services required: Studies/reports related to the designs of new facilities and/or renovation/repair of existing facilities; cost estimates; post construction award services (PCAS).
