“The Navy has made 1,870 awards for the new version of its massive SeaPort contract for professional services that dates back nearly two decades and pulls in $5 billion a year in task orders,” announced Washington Technology last week. The U.S. small business, Michael-Bruno, LLC, is one of those receiving this prime contract.

“The Seaport program has been very good to us over the past decade,” said company president, Michael Sedge, “and we look forward to greater success in the Navy market under this 5-year prime award, as well as the 5 year option period.”

The Seaport Next Generation (NxG) replaces the Navy’s Seaport-e program. Under the later Michael-Bruno has fulfilled several international task orders, including locations like Bahrain and Djibouti.

Michael-Bruno, LLC, is the “mother ship” of a group of international firms located in Europe, Africa and Middle East. Their core business is architectural design, engineering and construction, with additional services in logistics and professional staffing.
