This building is to consist of three open floor plans (ground + two levels) with storage and warehouse area for DHL services. The open floor plans will accommodate all of the various companies that come under Inchcape umbrella. There will be public and private parking areas as wells as loading bays for the DHL vehicles. All other utilities shall be identified in the first phase, but will develop once the preliminary design is approved.
