The BTL Family housing consists of nine structures broken down into three unit types: Class A, Class B and Class C. Class A shall have three bedrooms. Class B units have four bedrooms, while Class C units have five bedrooms. The exterior of all the structures are very similar, despite the variation in floor plan.
The exterior walls are covered in civil plaster or various colors. All nine buildings have Portuguese roofing tiles with copper eaves. All balconies are made of either brick or clear gray civil plaster. Railings are wrought iron. The enclosures are dry brick or clear gray civil plaster. All doors are armored and covered in natural wood (chestnut tree). Shutters of different colors are on every building. The window frames are lamellar wood; ornaments and window sills are stone and vary in thickness. The panels of the windows are lamellar wood.
