The overall objective of SeaPort-Enhanced (SeaPort-e) is to provide a standardized
means of issuing competitive solicitations among a select group of pre-qualified
contractors such as Michael-Bruno, LLC, as well as a platform for awarding and managing
performance-based task orders. Under this Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity
(IDIQ) contract vehicle, Michael-Bruno can provide a wide range of engineering,
technical, and programmatic support services for the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps,
and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA).
With over 30 years of experience, and offices in Africa (Djibouti), Bahrain, and
the Mediterranean region, Michael-Bruno is positioned to provide the depth and breadth
engineering required for Navy program and staffing needs.
As a veteran owned small business, Michael-Bruno contributes to the Navy’s SeaPort-e
small business goals.
